To break down barriers to art accessibility and destigmatize the journey of creative expression. Acknowledging art's transformative power, we cultivate a vibrant community identity and advocate for the arts as an integral part to personal growth and holistic well-being.

Guiding Principles

  • The commitment to mutual uplift and support of all in our ecosystem of radical care regardless of socioeconomic status, racial or ethnic background, sexual identity or gender expression and ability. Community is beyond a group of people who share identity. It’s a fertile clearing space to dream, heal, invent, repair, and get free.

  • The intentional fusion of imagination and purpose, bridging the gap between the human spirit and divine inspiration. It can encompass artistic expression and innovative problem-solving.

  • The blend of creativity and skill, capturing personal expression with depth. It involves the use of imagination, technical proficiency, and craftsmanship to create something distinct and evocative, reflecting the vision of the creator.

  • The active and collective removal of barriers to individual wellness in pursuit of layers where we are most free, healed, and whole. It recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul.

  • The experience of seeking meaning and connection to something greater than oneself, often described as transcendent or universal. It reflects a belief in interconnectedness and can encompass a search for life purpose using one’s unique gifts to serve others.

  • A profound sense of knowing or understanding that serves as a catalyst for transformative change.

    We provide gallery and exhibition space for a diverse range of artists to fostering cultural expression, civic engagement and social transformation.

    We host workshops, seminars, and creative sessions exploring a broad range of topics across the expansive arts landscape.

Dear Community,

As we embark on this journey together, I want to share with you the heart and soul of CreateWell. Our path is built on a profound belief in the power of community, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the arts.

While art and creativity share a close bond, they are not synonymous. Creativity, in my view, taps into our innate imaginative faculties to generate ideas and solutions, encompassing artistic expression with Divine inspiration.

Art, one of the many manifestations of creativity, often goes unrecognized as a spiritual practice and conduit of wellness. From music to dance, visual arts to literature, it holds vast potential for healing and transformation, inviting us to explore new perspectives and challenge conventional thinking.

Widespread recognition of art's therapeutic benefits remains lacking in contemporary society. With CreateWell, I'm determined to reshaping this narrative. As a multi-disciplinary artist, art has enriched my life at every turn, and I'm eager to share this enrichment with others. From my experiences as a rhythmic gymnast, a dancer, and photographer - to navigating the complexities of Fortune 50 corporate culture, art has been my emotional refuge and a vital part of my wellness practice.

 My vision for CreateWell is to cultivate a space where individuals can express themselves freely and authentically together. I envision CreateWell as a sanctuary for exploration that recognizes creative and artistic expression as an integral part of well-being.
