Our Founder

Stephon J. Bradberry, M.A, RYT-200, is a justice-oriented visionary, founder, and teacher here to help us reckon with ourselves and each other. Undergirding all of his work and practice is a deep calling by the divine. Through this practice, Stephon is working to get people free, in-touch with the Holy of Holies deeply rooted inside all. Combining the traditional roots of yoga and his expansive faith tradition, Stephon’s offerings provide space to explore layers where folxs are most free, healed, and whole. Stephon holds a Master of Arts in Political Communication From The American University and Bachelors of Science in Integrative Studies from The University of North Texas. 

Through his work as a published writer, scholar, teacher, and equity advocate, whether in higher education, consulting, or legislative affairs, Stephon’s mission is to help us rethink our relationship to ourselves and each other. Stephon is the founder of SJ Bradberry LLC and chief executive of the LifeWell Enterprises Ecosystem where we’re imagining new possibilities of care, connection, community, and justice. Across the ecosystem-- from FlowWell Yoga home of The Black Folx Wellness Collective to our political advocacy group AdvocateWell-- LifeWell is dedicated to bringing about a world where individuals can be well and our communities fortified and sustained to provide for collective well-being.
