Freedom Flow

Created by Stephon J. Bradberry, M.A., RYT-200,  Freedom Flow carves space for practitioners to explore layers where they are most embodied. Classes begin in contemplation and reflection before moving into a steady, upbeat flow to a specially curated playlist, with each teacher putting their unique flare into practice.

Deeply rooted in loving-kindness practice and orientation toward doing justice, our signature offering β€” from power and intermediate to all-levels and restorativeβ€” connects breath and movement, flow and ease, grace and mercy.

Class Descriptions

  • An all-levels flow focusing on the foundational aspects of asana practice: alignment and breath connection.

  • Dive into deeper realms of practice in this intermediate class. Intermediate doesn't mean hard; it means your teacher provides more options to meet you where you are.

  • Move slowly, mindfully, and fully connected to breath with Fluid Flow. These classes are slower and yet, still playful. Our experienced teachers bring their uniqueness and they invite you to do the same.

  • Embrace play in your practice with longer-held asanas and built-upon sequences designed to empower and invigorate.

  • Return to your body and breath with this restorative yoga class. Longer held poses facilitate deep relaxation and easy restoration.

  • Same Freedom Flow just adding in Friday vibes! Before heading into your weekend, connect breath, movement, and intention with this spirited class.

  • Journey into the depths of Kemetic yoga, originating from Egypt. This slower-paced practice focuses on energy movement, meditation, and chakra alignment, drawing inspiration from ancient Egyptian deities for its physical poses.

  • Rocket Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating style of yoga that combines traditional Ashtanga yoga with elements of creative vinyasa yoga flow. Rocket Yoga is divided into three different sequences based on the series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. To learn more visit here.

  • This virtual class focuses on mindful movements, helping you to connect with your breath while easing into simple, slow-paced postures. Ideal for beginners or anyone looking for a more relaxed practice, SlowFlow is perfect for winding down, improving flexibility, and reducing stress. No experience is necessary, and modifications are always offered to ensure a comfortable practice for everyone. Tune in and flow at your own pace!

  • This class is designed to give you the best of both worlds: movement and relaxation. You’ll start with β€œyang” yoga, which is more active and helps build strength, flexibility, and energy. Afterward, you’ll slow down with β€œyin” yoga, focusing on deep stretches and calm breathing to relax your muscles and mind. This class is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis wanting to explore a balance between movement and stillness. No prior experience is neededβ€”come as you are!

  • This class combines the mindfulness of yoga with deep core work Pilates is known for. Expect to flow through some juicy stretches and movements alongside exercises meant to challenge your strength, mobility, and flexibility. A great compliment to your yoga practice that will leave you feeling stronger, more capable of moving through challenges on and off the mat, more confident to be yourself.
